Casa da Vila is a beautiful and peaceful country lodge (turismo rural) with 6 en-suite rooms in the small village of San Vicente de Castilló n, enjoying views towards  Monforte de Lemos and the mountains beyond.  It is a traditional, stone-built village house dating back to 1750 and totally restored in 2000 without losing any of its original charm.  The friendly hospitality all residents receive from the owners Ramon and Maria is without compare.  A 3 course evening meal costs around 12 euros per person, with fine "Don Ventura" Mencia wine included from their own acclaimed bodega.

Carabelos, ideally positioned at the entrance to the town hall square, offers a clean and well furnished self-contained flat which can be rented in its entirety (35 euros a night) or for 11 euros a night on a bedroom only basis, with shared use of the kitchen and bathroom.
